- The provision of medical care is a burden that many families in Kenya have to bear. This burden only grows worse when a member of the family becomes either acutely or chronically sick. Support systems like medical insurance schemes including rr") the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) are luxuries for a majority of Kenyan households. Kare Foundation has a programme entitled Medical Aid. Through this programme, , medical facilities with the requisite equipment and expertise will be identified and medical care and transportation costs provided for the ailing Team member. Kare Foundation Pastoral Care team, Counsellors, Psychologists, Sociologists and other experts will also be on hand to help the Team Member and his/her family better cope with the challenges affecting them.
